Where and when will the camp take place?
Sarge's Hat Trick Hockey Camp will take place December 27-29 at South Suburban Ice Rink.
What are the ages that will be taught?
The camp is open to girls ages 10-15.
Is it only for girls?
Yes! The focus of the program is on teaching young girls the skills they'll need to be successful, both on and off the ice, as they continue their path in the sport.
What will be taught?
On-ice sessions will include instruction from coach Eric Mayhew and power skating and edge work with Kyle Hull. Off-ice sessions will include dry land and sports performance training with Chase Engdahl and mental performance with Ryan Herzog. There will be a yoga component as well.
